The items included:<br> <br> ✔ A Documented Compensation Program<br> ✔ Pay Equity Study (doing a Range Placement Analysis)<br> <br> ▶️By completely a Range Placement Analysis (The determination of where people “SHOULD” be in pay, versus where they “ARE” currently), you can identify any pay equity issues and develop the correction plan. Rena noted that it may take time to implement that change.</p>
