We are joined by Naomi Stanley, Senior Professional Development Coordinator and driver of diversity within QAC, to get their thoughts around the topic.</p> <p>The stats surrounding diversity in technology are quite stunning to look at, with just 15% of workers being from BAME backgrounds (Technation), 16% of adults with Autism in full-time work and a staggering 63% of women feeling dismissed, ignored and not being taken seriously by their male colleagues (DiversityInTech).
