Mother's Day Thoughts
Mother's Day can be a such a wonderful and happy time for so many people. All over we get together to celebrate our Mom's and shower her with love and affection. A mother, a sister, a grandmother or even a child itself. Today I open up and share about my experience with loss and how it has impacted me in relation to Mother's Day. If, after listening, you feel like you can relate reach out to me on IG @AD_TheOriginal. I'd love to offer you some support and encouragement as you continue on your journey. As always, thanks for listening and supporting.

Quarantine VS Incarceration
One month into a statewide shelter in place order and many people are starting to feel trapped, boxed in, and comparing those feelings to being incarcerated. Today I give my thoughts on that comparison and discuss why I think it's inaccurate. I discuss the differences between the reality of being locked up and a stay at home order. There are plenty to talk about but these are the ones that came to mind for me specifically. Listen in then sound off with your own thoughts. Head over to my Instagram/ IG @ad_theoriginal and drop a comment under this episodes posting or send me a DM. I'd love to hear from you. As always thanks for tuning in and sharing space with me.
