<p><strong>On this episode, we sit down with Major General Vikram Dogra (@vikramdogra17) a President’s Gold Medal and Sword of Honour awardee who apart from serving with the Indian Army for more than 39 years even on a United Nations Peacekeeping Mission, has completed the Ironman Triathlon which is considered as one of the world's toughest endurance events consisting of a 3.8 km swim, 180 km of cycling and 42 km of running all to be completed within 17 hours. We talk about the NDA and IMA, stories from the Indian Army, preparing for Failure, Time Management and of course everything about the Ironman Triathlon from training for it and understanding how to keep yourself motivated to the feeling of crossing the red carpet and being given the title of an IRONMAN.</strong></p>
