Ahmad Talks Ep. 8 | Five Signs Your Self-Image is Limiting You

In this episode, we discuss the five things that you may see in yourself that are proof that your self-image is lagging behind your reality. I personally struggle with all five of these or have at some point in my life. I hope that you see yourself in some of these (or all), so that you can begin consciously overcoming them. An outdated self-image is the same as a computer running on old software. It will eventually crash and burn. It's time to fix the way we perceive ourselves, because that is the limit for what we can achieve in life.

Be sure to leave a comment if you loved the episode, and sharing on your Instagram story would mean the world to me. Can't wait for episode nine.

Ahmad Talks Ep. 7 | I lied. I want all the success.

It's good to be back. We often slow down the second we begin seeing a little bit of success, but that's a sign of low self-image. We believe we don't deserve any more of that thing - a certain type of partner, a certain amount of money, a certain amount of things happening in our life...

So the moment we reach that "limit", our mind subconsciously pulls the emergency brake. We don't want more when we reach it, we feel inclined to slow down. But we're done with that limiting belief. We deserve all the good and success in our life, but we need to go out and grab it.

Leave a comment if anything I said in this episode resonated with you. I'll see you next week for Episode 8. As always, thank you for the support.
