The overwhelming majority of financial advisors don't know the answer to. And so what happens is people wind up guessing. And what guessing leads to is losing money, paying too much in taxes, building businesses that are worthless, choosing the wrong entity, not setting up the right trust. I can tell you from experience, the firm I sold where I work with people primarily exiting over $20 million because they had the wrong entities, because they didn't have the right trust, because they didn't have the right structures, they gave away millions and millions of dollars that they worked very hard for.
