So as most of our listeners know, It's HIPAA that prevents health plans from varying eligibility benefits or premiums based on your health status. Right. But you can offer incentives for complying with certain wellness program requirements. And one that many employers have included over the years has to do with tobacco surcharges. So as I'm sure a lot of our listeners know, these are programs that are permitted under HIPAA and under the HIPAA wellness rules as long as certain requirements are met. […]
