This sounds great in theory, but in practice, what has China done that entitles it to make that claim, you think? Well, people have a lot of misunderstanding about international order because most people in the West would associate it with so-called liberal international order. I never buy that. I never believe there is anything called a liberal international order. I would say the international order is like what it was since time immemorial. So just to be clear, my argument is not that the international order is only the liberal order, but that there is this current crisis or churn going on across the world. […]
