Um, you know, like, like it's not that they don't want to do it or they're not interested in it, but there's no, like whoever they're working for, you know, there's in America, we call them, I kid you not relative value units, RVUs and doctors are expected to generate a lot of RVUs. Talking with someone and spending time with somebody doesn't generate RVUs, um, you know, expensive procedures and expensive drugs and churning out people every six minutes, you know, 10, 10 patients an hour.
