[…] Yeah, 100 percent. I think there is a really nice little balance there that we have that a regional MSO has over a national is one like. every employee has me or my dad's phone number. Like, you can pick the phone up right now. You know, we'll be, you know, this time next year, you know, we tend to be pushing around 80 employees. And, you know, so every employee has our, has our phone number and you know can reach out to us but what we're because at this point our growth and what we're seeing like it's creating a lot of opportunities for people um and to you know potentially move up or move to a different store or do something um we haven't seen that a lot but once our new store gets opened up we'll see that open up a little bit more but i do feel like that is a competitive advantage that regional stores have over national msos is hey owner-operator, you know, you're going to know the market better than a CEO sitting in Dallas somewhere.
