And in such a perverse way now, we have this inverse of people who are descendants of settlers who then take on the identities of indigenous people to continue the same project of like, oh, okay. But it's seen as this selfish project. Oh, you just wanted it for some cachet or you just wanted it for your own material benefit. Hmm. Yeah. It's really reducing it to this notion of an identity. And actually I use that word because I don't have a better word for it, but even the, the, the concept of an identity, I think is like kind of bunk in many ways, because then it gets reduced to identity politics and it was, it's not an identity, it's a nationality.
