But if you don't have the ability to tell people how to interact with your body and you're shy about it, you may be exposed to unwanted touching that you don't have the skill or capacity to tell people to stop. So consider this opportunity to explore your bodies with your partner in a safe space with somebody who you love and who hopefully loves you and practice this ability to tell people what you do and don't want done to your body so that your needs are met.
