6/3 Role Model Martyr Profile in Human Design aka the 6/3 Mentor Experimenter, Episode 13 of 13 in the Profile Series

Episode 13 of 13 in the Profile Series

In this episode of the Ecocentric Human Design Podcast, Jamie Palmer breaks down the 6/3 profile — known in traditional Human Design as the Role Model Martyr, and in Jamie's Ecocentric Human Design framework as the Mentor Experimenter. You'll learn exactly where the 6/3 sits in the 12-profile cycle, what its high expression looks like versus its low expression not-self patterns, and the journal prompts you can use to start moving from conditioning to congruence.

The final profile in the cycle. The 6/3 takes the threshold the 6/2 opened and experiments with it — pushing the limits of what's possible on the material plane, then handing the results to the 1/3 to start the cycle over again. This is, by Jamie's own admission, a messy process from the outside — one of two extremes tends to dominate: "I'm just testing, it's just a test" recklessness, or perfectionist paralysis that never tests anything at all.

Jamie also covers what this profile's high expression looks like in practice (oscillates fluidly between testing limits, going to the extreme, and observing), the most common low-expression trap (extremes: either "testing just to test" with heavy shame after failure, or total avoidance out of a need for perfection), and — for anyone building a business — how this profile changes what marketing, visibility, and offers should actually look like for a 6/3.

Whether you have this profile, love someone who does, or are building a business around your own Human Design chart, this episode gives you the nuance the human design space usually skips. This is video 13 of 13 in Jamie's Human Design Profile Series.

🔗 LINKS

● Order the Ecocentric Human Design Profiles Book

● Order your Profile Deep Dive

● HD Wild - Ecocentric Human Design Training

6/2 Role Model Hermit Profile in Human Design aka the 6/2 Mentor Introvert, Episode 12 of 13 in the Profile Series

Episode 12 of 13 in the Profile Series

In this episode of the Ecocentric Human Design Podcast, Jamie Palmer breaks down the 6/2 profile — known in traditional Human Design as the Role Model Hermit, and in Jamie's Ecocentric Human Design framework as the Mentor Introvert. You'll learn exactly where the 6/2 sits in the 12-profile cycle, what its high expression looks like versus its low expression not-self patterns, and the journal prompts you can use to start moving from conditioning to congruence.

The 6/2 offers objective advice and guidance to people figuring out "now what?" after the disruption of the 5/2. Like all sixth lines, the 6/2 lives in three phases: phase one (0–30, third-line energy), phase two (roughly 30–50, second-line energy — building trust, career, foundation, and healing phase-one wounds), and phase three, where the true role-model, mentor energy is available. That "spreading of the wings" in phase three is not guaranteed; it depends on the healing work done in phase two.

Jamie also covers what this profile's high expression looks like in practice (offers genuinely objective counsel and guidance within their actual areas of expertise), the most common low-expression trap (perfectionism rooted in unhealed phase-one wounds), and — for anyone building a business — how this profile changes what marketing, visibility, and offers should actually look like for a 6/2.

Whether you have this profile, love someone who does, or are building a business around your own Human Design chart, this episode gives you the nuance the human design space usually skips. This is video 12 of 13 in Jamie's Human Design Profile Series.

🔗 LINKS

● Order the Ecocentric Human Design Profiles Book

● Order your Profile Deep Dive

● HD Wild - Ecocentric Human Design Training

5/2 Heretic Hermit Profile in Human Design aka the 5/2 Disruptor Introvert, Episode 11 of 13 in the Profile Series

Episode 11 of 13 in the Profile Series

In this episode of the Ecocentric Human Design Podcast, Jamie Palmer breaks down the 5/2 profile — known in traditional Human Design as the Heretic Hermit, and in Jamie's Ecocentric Human Design framework as the Disruptor Introvert. You'll learn exactly where the 5/2 sits in the 12-profile cycle, what its high expression looks like versus its low expression not-self patterns, and the journal prompts you can use to start moving from conditioning to congruence.

The 5/2 builds on the 5/1's disruption, showcasing what's possible once that disruption exists — then retreating. Visibility for this profile comes in bursts and withdrawal, not a constant presence. As a double-projection profile with the five on the mind side, the 5/2 feels the pressure of the collective's hopes, dreams, and despair more intensely than almost any other profile — which is exactly why a pressure-free, nourishing private environment is non-negotiable for this profile to function.

Jamie also covers what this profile's high expression looks like in practice (creates real transformation when they honor the timing of stepping out and stepping back in), the most common low-expression trap (plays small, forces things, or allows projections to create lowercase-t trauma), and — for anyone building a business — how this profile changes what marketing, visibility, and offers should actually look like for a 5/2.

Whether you have this profile, love someone who does, or are building a business around your own Human Design chart, this episode gives you the nuance the human design space usually skips. This is video 11 of 13 in Jamie's Human Design Profile Series.

🔗 LINKS

● Order the Ecocentric Human Design Profiles Book

● Order your Profile Deep Dive

● HD Wild - Ecocentric Human Design Training
