It's a number of specific areas that the Prime Minister has described as strategic capabilities, those areas where countries really need to have access to certain things that enable them to actually make sovereign decisions. And in many areas, this is kind of like enhancing our ability to actually sell critical minerals by having Europe make more investments, working with them on processing technologies, thinking about access and development of artificial intelligence and supercomputing and other digital technologies.
