[…] Your nervous system says, well, of course, if we just do more, if we're struggling with fertility, we add more to the plate and we'll get the outcome that we want. And that is where we end up looking for advice and what to do next. And when you look for advice in the fertility space, boy, you're going to get it. You are going to get some advice, what you planned for, what you didn't, whether you like it or not. You are bombarded, I find. Even as soon as your algorithms clock that you are wanting to have a baby, you are just bombarded with ads, with posts, supplements, diets, seed cycling, fertility teas, and gosh, like implantation tricks and just avoiding things and all the positive thinking, all of it is so exhausting.
