[…] Uh, they know our systems. I think they're going to turn it around. Right. Or I just hate firing people. All right. I just don't want those awkward conversations. Maybe I'm not confrontational. Right. Nobody enjoys that part of leadership. It's tough. But keeping the wrong employee doesn't eliminate the problem. It transfers the problem to your good employees. They're all going to pick up on those bad habits. They'll start slacking the ones they'll start getting the bad attitudes. They're watching someone continually miss the expectations, but they just keep doing their job. And eventually your best employees are going to start asking, why am I working this hard if this bad behavior is acceptable here? […]
