[…] I think it's at the beginning, but the home invasion scene. you know you only see him lurking through the house from the pov and then you see the aftermath yeah so i was like and then henry portrait of a serial killer is another one i that movie's tough watch for me and it stuck with me forever because you never saw what happened to the victims you only saw the aftermath and these slow moving shots or slow so i wanted to do that and then there was this other film that the biggest inspiration was called dead grandma it's it's have y'all seen dead grandma no 30 seconds long what it is and it's it's like a one sentence horror movie it it is and it's one shot horrifying yeah and it's one shot it's now i gotta watch that it's and it just leaves you devastated yeah and that's what i wanted to do i wanted to sort of put the emotion and the devastation of what I felt when I was listening to these true crime cases and distill that into, well, what is the fear, right?
