Moving From Fearful Avoidant Attachment to Secure Attachment

Looking for help dealing with anxiety and trust issues in a relationship? Today on we're talking all about the fearful avoidant attachment style and how to navigate this attachment style to a secure attachment. Dealing with anxiety in a relationship can be really tricky, especially when our fears and reality were shaped by traumatic or negative relationships with caregivers. Unfortunately many of our trust issues and relationship anxiety stem from the attachment style we formed in childhood. The 3 steps to help you move from a fearful avoidant attachment style to a secure attachment are: 1. Look into therapy to start healing from your trauma 2. Confront your relationship anxiety and trust issues by naming your fears out loud 3. Do daily affirmations. Remind yourself out loud that you're worthy of love and deserve a trusting relationship.
