Episode 23 - The Iron Law of Autogynephilia
<p>This week on the pod we are joined by Taftaj (@tafphorisms), noted political commentator and co-host of the Dollcast podcast. Taf was a youth transitioner, presents convincingly feminine, and experienced early attraction to boys. Taf was, for all intents and purposes, "true trans." So, how did she end up talking to the two of us about autogynephilia? Well, Taf believes that the truth will set her (and all trans people) free. </p><p>In this conversation, we talk about autogynephilia's PR problem, the pressures to appear "true trans" and the ensuing HSTS larp, and Taf's personal journey of transition and autosexual acceptance. We discuss the gulf between trans activism and trans reality, female AGP, and why Taf believes that societal awareness of AGP is actually a blessing in disguise for transwomen. Episode 22 - Autoandro Leather Dyke
<p>A common (and valid) criticism of AAP is that it does not function like a paraphilia analogous to AGP. "If this is a sexuality, where is all the sex?" Well, luckily for us, today's guest is not shy about the erotic roots of his transition. </p><p>In this conversation we are joined by Frankie, a self-described "testo-butch" who transitioned to live as a transman after working as a professional dominatrix. Through his years in the trans adult industry and integration in a progressive queer community, Frankie has been able to observe a ton of FTM behavior, both social and sexual. Recently, Frankie has embraced the reality of being female and has begun speaking out about the more controversial sexological theories underpinning trans identity. And according to him, some of what we are calling ROGD is actually the rapid progression of AAP. </p><p>As our new official leather correspondent, we plan to chat with Frankie again in the future.
