The Old Mothers, Their Magic + Death as a Remembering with Perdita Finn
Death must included in the conversation of birth. There is not one without the other.
Today we explore our connection with the dead, how as mothers who’ve lost babies, we can begin to connect with them beyond the veil and also mother allows from all different spaces, places + species.
We explore how we as women can begin to tune back into the ancestral wisdom readily available to us and begin to not only connect with but work with the support and holding from those who’ve departed this earth.

003 | A Single Moment Between Worlds. The Freebirth of My Son + Microphenomenology
This is the first time I’ve shared my birth so intimately, vulnerably and so in depth with the world.
In this episode, I am interviewed by Johara, an incredible doula and I share with you the freebirth of my son followed by a real time guided session in Microphenomenology.
Zooming into a profound micro moment of my birth where women I have supported came to guide me through the portal of birth.
