I deal with a lot of fleet stuff at work, and I was talking to a Ford rep, and he was telling me they're starting a college program for like Vogue, basically like a two-year school to train people to be technicians because there's such a shortage of technicians, every brand. It doesn't matter what brand it is. And if you get the certification, they're going to hire these kids out of this two year school for like, call it a hundred grand. No flat rate. It's like, they're just salary, but they're Ford certified techs. […]
