[…] And one of them, like, we finished all very close. Like, one of them was 20 minutes ahead of me. One of them was 20 minutes behind me. Oh, wow. At the finish. And, like, I knew when I was, like, trying to catch these guys, like, I was like, okay, if I'm on a road, I can... catch them, but as soon as we get to hike a bike, like, you know, they have like two steps for every one of mine. Yeah. Um, so I think whether you're pedaling or pushing is kind of a moot point in bike pack racing. Yeah. It's just like, keep moving and then you like can go faster. Like there's definitely, um, you know, I think we're limited by our like mental reality more than physical yeah at least just as much yeah as our physical reality so uh yeah as far as that goes I think maybe like having practiced moving when I'm tired and setting some like intentional goals around that helped is that I really was like wanted to minimize extra like stopping time or the like You know, when you have to get off to walk.
