[…] A non-performing loan is a loan, whether in full or in part or a portion of a loan, that is 91 days overdue. So you had an obligation that was due 31st of March. By now, you are 90 plus days. We're 90 plus days past the 31st of March. That now is a non-performing loan, which is the portion of it that hasn't been paid is non-performing. And it's sort of like a way of helping lenders manage their risk and say, theoretically, you're saying you're not going to be able to recover that amount. So therefore, it's non-performing. And then the non-performing loan ratio is you take the number or rather the amount of loans and that are a non-performing status that are 90 plus days overdue. […]
