Podcast Overview

As a former burnt out, shopaholic, business owner and mom, I felt it my duty to share with you the soft living, slow down tactics I used to completely change the trajectory of my life. What started with a massive decluttering session lead to clearing 80% of my clutter and downsizing my house by 2,000 finished square feet (with three kids)! I did all of this to create the space I needed to heal my nervous system, recover from burnout and learn to live a slow lived life that I wouldn't regret at the end of my days. If you struggle with overworking, people pleasing, over-spending, or all around feeling like you can't relax, this is a podcast that was made for you. Within these episodes, I will work to help you slow down, soften your life, decluttering your space and mind...all while reminding you that you're not alone in this chaos called life. Together, we can create a little calm in the midst of it all.

reneebenes.substack.com

The Best Thing My Dad Did For Me Was Die

Having a parent who struggles with an addiction is a challenge in and of itself. Losing that parent is a whole other kind of challenge. Finding a way to learn valuable lessons in order to shape my life in a better direction than my parent’s? Well, that really seemed like the only option. At the end of the day, while it might not be a popular opinion, my dad’s death shaped my life more than anything he ever said or did while he was alive. Whether you’ve lost a parent or not, I encourage you to tune in because you just might start looking at life, and hardships a little differently after this.

Join the Basic B* Community

All the links

Get full access to Basic B* Community at reneebenes.substack.com/subscribe
