Body Wisdom Rising is a podcast for people navigating deep change — awakenings, identity shifts, healing, and the sense that the old ways of living no longer work. We’re living in a time of collective disillusionment and awakening. I’m Alyssa Stefanson, Somatic and Ancestral Healing Guide, and host of Body Wisdom Rising.
