Hosted by Nathan Maingard (troubadour, guide, and storyteller), this is a home for anyone who feels the quiet pressure to be 'fine', to be impressive, to always have the answer, to get it right… while something deeper is simply asking for honesty, and knowing that you are already enough. The throughline is the same: people with a textured life, choosing integrity over image, and learning to bypass the debilitating pursuit of perfection long enough to be real.    The Organic Path, Self-Abandonment, and Reuniting Men & Women | Rachelle Seliga (Innate Traditions)

   Your body whispers, “This isn’t working...” And the world keeps shouting, “More speed. More screens. More 'fixing' yourself.” In this episode of The Conscious Misfit (previously We Are Already Free), midwife and cultural weaver Rachelle Seliga and I sit right inside that tension.
