[…] Because of what Darcy mentioned earlier, we have, we've run into a lot of challenges. One is drainage impaired lands. So these lands cannot be farmed because of the beer of reclamation, not providing drainage services that they were committed to provide for those growers and that land cannot be sustainably farmed. And because of that, Westlands came in and purchased that land from those growers since it's not irrigable any longer. So we're taking that land that can't be irrigated and relieving the growers of that, of needing to maintain those lands. Same thing with subsidence prone areas. That's another reason that we've come in and botland. […]
