Weingut Kloster Eberbach
<p>Die Weinliebhaber sind wieder unterwegs im Namen der Rose - äääh im Namen des Weines! Seit 2018 passiert eine Menge im berühmten Kloster Eberbach. Das Kloster Eberbach, Filmkulisse für „Der Name der Rose“ und „Game of Thrones“ gehört zu den bedeutendsten und dynamischsten Weingütern Deutschlands. Das Kloster wurde 1135 gegründet und entwickelte sich bis ins Hochmittelalter zum größten Weingut Europas. Heute ist Eberbach Staatsweingut mit umfangreichen Weinbergen und weltberühmten Lagen wie dem Steinberg oder dem Erbacher Marcobrunn. Grund genug für uns einmal vorbeizuschauen. Was bringt die <strong>Chefönologin Kathrin Puff hier auf die Flasche? Schafft das Weingut neben Quantität auch Qualität? Wo will das Weingut hin? Ihr seid hungrig auf Antworten?
