深呼吸三次，眼觀鼻，鼻觀口，口觀心； 從心臟裡慢慢走出一個小人兒，和自己長得一模一樣，這個小人兒走到自己的對面，盤膝而坐； 讓這個小人兒一點點縮小，縮小成手指頭一般小，手指頭一樣的小人兒慢慢走進自己的下丹田； 好好放鬆，小人兒走到後腰尾骨的位置，轉身，一分為二，變成兩個小人兒； 然後小人兒開始慢慢地對著自己的兩個腎呵氣，或是哈氣； 兩個腎逐漸產生兩股熱流，匯集到下丹田的位置，整個帶脈都開始熱了起來； 就定在這個感覺裡面，每天練習5分鐘，再加到10分鐘、15分鐘…… -- Hosting provided by <a href="https://www.soundon.fm/">SoundOn</a>
