Jay’s therapeutic knowledge and sales expertise led him to on-boarding, developing and coaching new sales representatives where he rekindled his passion for developing others to their full potential.</p><p>The former collegiate Golf coach and Sports Information Director at Newman University has also served as Communications Director for the Wichita Open for 30+ years. Ronen's diverse career has taken him all over the world and provided opportunities in most of the C-Suite roles. A Yale graduate that included a semester abroad at the London School of Economics translated into a start on Wall Street and Management Consulting. His entrepreneurial journey includes starting Cross Campus in 2012 which became one of the leading co-working and event hosting providers in Los Angeles. With 3,000+ members at 7 locations on the West Coast, Cross Campus was ground zero for the rise in LA tech. The opportunity to observe, advise, and occasionally invest in Cross Campus co-located startups was invaluable.</p><p>In 2020, he began his coaching journey, learning from one of the greats - Keith Ferrazzi. Alongside Keith, he coaches teams at companies including Cisco and Intel, ultimately choosing to focus on high-growth private companies where the stakes are higher and the journey more interesting. Throughout his career, he helped companies succeed by developing and implementing creative strategies, cultivating strong leadership, and nurturing enduring and profitable customer and client relationships. </p><p>Frankl was conferred Masters’ degrees in both Business Administration and Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. He is a licensed California and Tennessee realtor, avid golfer, passionate leader, and active in his local community church. Married for over 30 years, Kimberly and Erik reside in Costa Mesa, California and are the proud parents of four amazing daughters.</p>
