We talk about our experiences of navigating change and how we found meditation as a simple yet useful technique to cope and move forward during trying times.</p> <p><br></p> <p>What Really Matters focuses on creating a safe space where we have authentic and genuine conversations on what really matters in life. We work on continuously building a community filled with compassion and empathy, sharing our personal experiences on love and loss, hope and struggle, peace and anxiety, success and failure, and everything in between.
