Podcast Overview

Hey there! I'm Terra Ayres, your go-to Health and Wellness Coach and this is my taste-testing extraordinaire and partner in all things fun (and food!), Darin – affectionately known as D-Dog around these parts.

I'm all about eating food that tastes amazing and also happens to support a healthy lifestyle. Back in 2001, I said "buh-bye" to 75 pounds, and I did it by ditching the whole "deprivation" mindset and learning to love my relationship with food again.

I believe in eating what makes your heart (and tummy) happy, embracing balance and moderation, and making mealtime the highlight of your day. Turns out, I have a knack for dreaming up creative, healthy-ish ways to eat and live!

With over two decades of coaching experience and keeping those 75 pounds at bay, the question I hear most is: "What's for dinner?!"

Let's be real – dinner rolls around every. single. day. And with life being as busy as it is, it's easy to get stuck in a rut of boring meals and zero meal planning. D-Dog and I are definitely guilty of this too.

But here's the thing… even though we don't always nail it, we both know that when we take the time to plan our dinners, we feel so much better, and our evenings are way more enjoyable.

So, in the spirit of intentional living, we're committing to a full year of weekly meal planning and inviting you to be our accountability buddies!

Our goal is simple: Every week for the next 52 weeks, we're sharing our meal plan – the good, the bad, and the "oops, we ordered takeout again" moments. No fancy editing or retakes, just us keeping it real about what's on our dinner table.

We have no idea what this experiment will bring, but we hope you'll join us to see what you might discover too!

Let's get cookin'!
