[…] What do we want more of? What do we want less of? And while you might be centrist on what the top tax rate should be. Some people might want 90 percent. Some people might want 10 percent. Split the difference. We'll call it 45. With things like, should we put the science of climate change at the heart of our climate policy or not? you're either going with what the science is or you're ignoring the science. Or, you know, should women have the vote or not? How do you be centrist on value questions like that? Should we still hunt whales? Should we still mine asbestos?
