Halloween
Children in America like Halloween very much. On the evening of the 31st,October, they put on special clothes for “ Trick or Treat”. Some children might dress like witches and ghosts, some children just dress like their favorite characters such as Cinderella , Snow White, little mermaid , spiderman and so on. They go to their neighbors’ houses and knock at the doors, when the neighbors open the doors the kids say “ Trick or Treat”. Then Children usually get sweets from their neighbors, they play a trick on them if their neighbors don’t give them some treats.
Children like Halloween very much and they like their treats from their neighbors.

Christmas Day
Christmas Day comes in winter. It is a big holiday in western countries. It is always on December 25th. People set up beautiful Christmas trees and give presents to each other. They usually get days off for Christmas so they travel long distance to be with their families and relatives. People usually have a big Christmas lunch, they play games and they have a good time together. Children are very excited on Christmas Day and they get up early to open their presents, they love Christmas very much.
