Join UGC Creators Tracy Minnoch-Nuku as she navigates the world of UGC (user generated content) as a woman in her 50's. I mean, who would have thought that women could be diving into the creator economy and smashing goals financially and creatively?!
Tracy is a fitness professional who spent decades building fitness companies overseas before repatriating to New Zealand and building her own digital platform to support women in menopause. The digital world opened her mind to brand partnerships and UGC became a part of it.
This is a brilliant podcast for anyone interested in starting UGC.

EPISODE 3: Anna Mongiello - the UGC Coach
When you are starting out as a UGC newbie, one of the best pieces of advice I had was to find other creators on social media that you can learn from.
I found Anna Mongiello - the UGC Coach. With her years of experience, no-BS tips and generosity with sharing content, I was hooked.
Anna is a 36-year-old full-time UGC content creator and coach based in New Jersey, USA. Anna began her UGC journey in 2021 and since then has worked with over 600 clients, including brands like Pureology, L'Oreal, Motion, and IGK, just to name a few. Before discovering content creation Anna worked as an English as a Second Language Teacher, coached cross country and track, worked as a professional model.
Anna's TOP TIPS for UGC beginners:
1. Take action - don't get stuck in analysis paralysis.
2. Foster relationships with the brands from the beginning.
3. Treat UGC as a business - contracting, document your journey and outsource as you grow.
4. Get on social media.
5. The quickest way to get brand deals is on UGC apps.

EPISODE 2: My UGC Mentor - Mia Steel
I found Mia Steel on TikTok when I was "doom scrolling" and Mia made me feel like anything was possible. With her relatable and inspiring content in the "make money online" space, it has been epic to watch Mia break the 6-figure mark with digital marketing, affiliate marketing and UGC!
Mia, originally a paramedic and nurse, pivoted dramatically into the digital marketing arena after reevaluating her career path during the COVID-19 lockdowns. Seeking a lifestyle that would allow more quality time with her two children, Mia and her partner made the bold decision to sell everything and embark on a life on the road in a caravan. This new freedom led her to discover her passion for content creation, a discovery made through a serendipitous encounter with a TikTok video. Today, Mia is not only a successful content creator but also the co-founder of Hive Hub Collective, a creator economy membership that quickly scaled to six figures. She is now passionate about empowering others to leverage digital platforms to gain independence and live life on their own terms.

TRAILER: Welcome to You, Me and UGC!!!
Hey there! I have a mantra "You are never too old and it's never too late" and starting UGC (user generated content) AND a podcast as a 53-year old fits well with that.
As of April 2024, I would rate myself as a "beginner" content creator when it comes to making UGC and what better way to learn the ins and outs than to speak to the experts!
I hope this podcast inspires you to jump into the creator economy. If there are any topics you would like to hear about or any creators you would like for me to interview, then please email me.
