Cooper goes deep into what it’s like to maintain health-forward habits for many years, plus what keeps him going. Karen speculates on her action plan for maintaining her more active lifestyle and gives some optimism to her fellow Boomers on how it’s not too late to age better.</p><br><p>The theme of this podcast is based around the phases of habit change. We cover Contemplation, Preparation, Action, and Maintenance. Whether you are just starting out on becoming your best self, or you've been down that road for a little while, our stories will give listeners a chance to find out what it was like for us when we were at each of these stages of change. <p>Welcome to the FIFTH episode of "You Want Me to Do What?!" an enlightened podcast that takes listeners on a journey of personal development through the lens of two individuals from two different generations and backgrounds.</p><br><p>In their penultimate episode, co-hosts Cooper (the Millennial) and Karen (the Boomer) continue their behavior change conversation of phase three Action. Cooper reveals more of what it was like during his first years of weight training and his growth as an exercise professional through trial and error on the gym floor. Karen gives detail into how much she struggled to get back to the gym, including the fears and anxieties of what it means to challenge your body after a certain age. Together, they welcome another guest to the podcast, a chiropractic rehab specialist who helped Cooper out of many ailments.</p><br><p>The theme of this podcast is based around the phases of habit change.
