Zij is sinds februari 2020 spiritueel leider van <a href="https://www.zenrotterdam.nl/" target="_blank" rel="ugc noopener noreferrer">Kanzeon Zen Centrum Rotterdam</a> en is verbonden aan de <a href="https://www.zenrivertemple.org/zen-river-boat-groningen-2/" target="_blank" rel="ugc noopener noreferrer">Zenboot in Groningen</a>. Ze woonde en werkte lange tijd in het zenklooster Zen river bij haar leraar Tenkei Coppens.
