該離開企業出來創業嗎?
在企業工作多年，有穩定的收入，但該學的也都歷練過了，企業裡的那一套也就這樣了。好像該趁年輕有點經濟基礎，出來闖看看。人生若錯過，之後可能就沒有勇氣創業了。

【Jo 來聊】 – 自由的付出
Adele 為了不想繼續過著兩點一線社畜的日子，邊走邊摸索自己想要的生活樣貌是什麼。摸索中找出結合自己的興趣、專長，還可以運用專業知識設計豐富的內容吸引屬於自己的群眾。近期的新趨勢是認識自我，因此內容設計就順應潮流而受到關注。也會參考研究同業做出差異化，這樣才能呈現自己的風格以及建立個人品牌 – 黛兒姐姐 (IG: Adeletarot)。
過自己想要的生活，不代表放縱和放飛自我，而是做自己想做的事情，有自己想要的人生目標，把自己的理想變現。想像自己未來1年、3年想要變成什麼樣子? 列出離自己的目標與技能缺乏需要補足的，找方法補足需要的技能和經驗。
Adele的心得是，朝著自己目標持續前進是需要維持自律，給自己每個階段設立小目標。自己想不出來時的小技巧是借用 AI 科技幫助自己做規劃和計劃，自我要求確切執行。雖然離自己想達成的目標還有一段距離，但她會一步一步的朝著自己理想的生活繼續邁進。
