[職場奇葩談]Podcast 259-越資深越不能拿翹 我發現，有些人在一家公司待久了，不知不覺就會開始學會擺譜啦，很多主管都會感覺到，怎麼這些老鳥都叫不動啦，這也是資深員工最讓人詬病的地方，他們不是先答應主管會承接任務，而是直接拒絕主管交辦的任務，或者是真心不爽做，就講一堆推託之詞，暗示主管你得另請高明。
我內心都會定義這些人就是倚老賣老，再跟我拿翹呢！

[職場奇葩談]Podcast 258-主管的帳本 你知道每個主管管理員工，其實都有一個帳本，記錄每個員工在他心理的價值，有些員工是值得交付重要任務，能幫主管創造營運績效的，我先定義那叫績優組員工，那考績獎金升職這些好康的事，都是績優組能優先取得門票。至於那些表現忠心耿耿，卻不夠聰明有創意的，我來定義為平庸組，對主管來說，公司就是有一些例行性的活動，需要人幫忙維持基本運行，就交給平庸組最適合啦，在主管眼裡這些都是簡單任務，所以平庸組想晉升加薪，坦白說難度很高，你得排在績優組的後面，等績優組都分配完，才輪到平庸組。
剩下不聽話不認真的，就是主管專門拿來墊底的放生組，被主管歸入放生組的，應該很難翻身，有智慧的主管，多半不會浪費力氣跟這些人周旋，想離職馬上簽准，甚至，可以不用交接，隨時都可以走人。當然，這個主管的管理帳本，不可能變成文字，交給公司人資保存，這是放在主管內心裡無形的帳本。

[職場奇葩談]Podcast 257-事有輕重緩急 對事情輕重緩急無法判定，或是即便心裡清楚，卻還是沒有依照實際狀況，做出有利且正確的選擇，這種情形還蠻常在職場發生的，明知道哪些任務是緊急重要，卻常常忽略不處理，或是隨便處理，最終都得為自己錯誤的選擇買單啊。
