EP44 - 找回才能，找到關鍵微小差異 (下集) 還記得工作的時候、那些感動的時刻嗎？ 距離上一集好像有點久了，但對於想談的內容還是必須要完整的分享出來。
「關鍵微小差異」聽起來很微不足道，偏偏就是這麼一個小小的線頭開始，一個人的職涯會產生巨大的波瀾。需要的是「認同」並開始「專注」，想像這個微小差異有一天會成為你的工作的「core 核心」，而這個核心會成為一個支點，越強大的支點、就能夠撐起更好的自己。
無論如何，拜託大家好好肯定那個如此努力工作的自己，喜歡他/她，珍惜他/她，把工作上交織在自己身上的能力，通通都變成自己獨門的流派，而這個微小微小的起心動念，都是掌握在自己的身上。

EP43 - 找回才能，找到關鍵微小差異 (上集) 釐清這些雜訊，才能聽見自己的聲音 沒錯，我又準備要換工作啦！這次要跳到一個跟 AI 與硬體高度相關的新領域，對我這個軟體人來說是個蠻大的挑戰，也很期待 。
因為自己的轉換，也因為最近在「大大帶我飛」平台 (https://www.dada-fly.com/tw/mentors/alexcheng1204)跟許多朋友聊轉職，我發現很多人在思考職涯時，會被一些常見的迷思困住 。我們都想找到自己的「關鍵微小差異」，也就是那個獨特的 talent ，但常常用錯方法。
在下一集分享「如何找到」的具體方法前，這一集，我想先帶大家踩個煞車，聊聊那些 「找自己」時最容易走錯的路。你會聽到：
別再鑽JD了：為什麼埋頭研究 JD、想辦法去 fit 所有條件，反而會讓你失去自己的定位，講不出好故事？ 「職能」不等於「才能」：一直強調「我很會做 PM」或「我是個好業務」，為什麼在面試官耳裡，其實是很空泛的說法？
追風口是個謬誤：看到新聞、社群在談 AI 或半導體就焦慮，覺得沒跟上就完了嗎？先等等，市場趨勢只是「方向」，不是要你立刻轉行的命令 。
老闆同事的稱讚是真的嗎：這些回饋或許能幫助你「進步」，但它真的能幫你找到那個可以帶著走的「核心才能」嗎？
太多人帶著這些資訊來問我該怎麼辦，但我覺得，我們應該先學會如何正確解讀這些資訊 。先把自己從混亂跟焦慮中拉出來，我們才能真正開始下一步。
