</span></p><br /><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>You will hear your co-workers say this a lot: I am not doing it. The labor law says as long as you do not feel comfortable about the job content, or you do not feel safe about the work environment, or you do not feel well that day, or you just do not want to work at that moment, you can say, I am not doing it, then you leave. You won’t get paid for that day, but the company can NOT fire you, as long as you have proof of your claim.&nbsp;</span></p><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>你在这里会很常听到你同事说这句话:我不做这活。 </span></p><br /><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>Some loser workers do this: apply for a job, work for a day, next day shows an injury from previous day and provide the proof, then claim WSIB (workplace safety insurance board) insurance benefit, and rest for like six months or more. This is one of the reasons why companies prefer to hire people that is referred by the employees.&nbsp;</span></p><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>有些心机懒人这么做:应聘一个工作,做一天,隔天说他受伤了并且提供了证据,然后申请工作场所保险,就开始休假半年或者更久。 </span></p><br /><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>You can not copy the way you do business in China here, or you will get sued. You can not curse your employee, or you get sued, you can not force them to work late, or you get sued, you can not delay the payment, or you get sued, you can not sexually harass your employees, or you gotta pay a huge settlement for that. Canada labor law protects the workers more than the business owners, so you can get sued easily. It takes time, but a lot of lawyers are out there lining up to help the employees, as there is more money to make.&nbsp;</span></p><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>你无法完全复制中国的那一套经营方式,因为你有可能被告。 </span></p><br /><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>Well, it is a good place to be a worker.</span></p><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>这里真的是个很适合打工的国度,哈哈哈哈。</span></p><br /><br />

</span></p><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>After eight months’ study, you will get your graduate certificate. Congratulations, you are now ready to apply for your one year work permit. Now, just like I mentioned before, you have up to 6 month before you apply for the work permit. After you apply, during the 3 months of waiting for your work permit to be approved, you can start working, and that 3 months count. </span></p><br /><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>Keep a good relationship with your classmate, go on dating apps to meet more people, use every method to meet more people---if you want to stay, you need more connections Your first job might be recommended by someone you dated, hey that is cool, people here help each other. I don’t think I need to teach you to protect yourself when getting what you want, as you are an adult, however my attitude toward dating crime is, if you are being stupid, do not blame people who take advantage of it. Or if you are that weak, maybe just stay in China.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>与你的同学保持联系,用各种约会软件去见更多的人,用一切办法来认识更多的人--如果你想要留下,你需要人脉。 </span></p><br /><br /><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>We had already talked about the kind of jobs you can apply and what the requirements will be. Here are some heads-up: the employer will not pay you well, you will ge minimum pay, and you will have to work hard, or your employer might refuse to provide you with the documents you need. Well, suck it up. The Canadian government is very aware of it, but they can not force the employers to pay the new immigrants better---most of the new immigrants leave for white company after getting the PR.&nbsp;</span></p><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>我们之前已经聊过什么样的工作职位可以申请绿卡,也提过了相关的条件。 </span></p><br /><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>Just like every company everywhere, as a new bird, keep your mouth shut. Employees in the Chinese companies like to ask everything about you, but in Canada, you do not need to answer questions you do not want to answer.&nbsp; Learn to say “I do not feel comfortable talking about it”, or simply just say “I don’t want to talk about it.” Do not be soft to your colleagues, or soon you will be the one everyone blaming everything about.&nbsp;</span></p><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>走到哪的公司都一样,作为一个新人,少说话。 </span></p><br /><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>One more thing:&nbsp; you do not need to provide any document unless your company requires you to, so do not offer to provide documents unless being asked. Every information that is not required to provide, is a way to protect you in a way. You will know if you get into shitty situation, which I wish you will not.&nbsp;</span></p><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>还有一件事,公司要求的文件你才需要提供,所以不要主动提出你有什么文件可以提供。 </span></p><br /><br />

&nbsp;</span></p><br /><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>Yes, you can PAY 200,000 Dollars to get an LMIA job for immigration. No, you will not get salary for this JOB when you arrive at Canada. The company that provides all kinds of documents to support you and be your employer, gets between 70,000&nbsp; to 100,000 dollars for supporting you. They do not need you at all, as if you go through this way, it means your English sucks, and you do not have any skills that Canada needs. Then again, if you go through this way, you should be a rich person with horrible English and no qualified working experience, so you should not be expecting a job, right?&nbsp;</span></p><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>是的,你可以付20万加币给中介,申请雇主担保,来实现移民。 可是话说回来,如果你是通过雇主担保移民的,你应该是一个英文很糟糕也没什么有用的工作经验的有钱人,你不应该是个需要工作的人吧?</span></p><br /><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>Yes, the agency will tell you that you can talk to the employer for a job opportunity, however, they mostly will say no. They need to train you from scratch, so if you are willing to pay your employer for actual work experience, it will be great for him though - extra money, why not?</span></p><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>However, if you are THAT rich, I believe you will go with investment immigration.&nbsp;</span></p><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>是的,你的中介会跟你说,你到时候跟担保你的雇主聊一聊有没有工作机会,然而你的雇主很大情况下会跟你说没有,因为他们需要从头教导你太多事情。 </span></p><br /><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>Yes, you can invest your money here for immigration. No, you can not simply just open a branch of your company in China for it. You need to buy a company, and the price differs from 200,000 Dollars to 800,000 dollars or higher, depending on the location and what kind of business or business sharing is being sold on the market. Most of real rich person goes through this way.&nbsp;</span></p><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>是的,你可以通过投资移民。 </span></p><br /><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>OK, enough said, details differ for each cases. Now let’s move on to next chapter.&nbsp;</span></p><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>具体情况具体分析,这里就大概说一说,我们进入下一章节吧。</span></p><span><br /></span><br />
