Thankfully we are getting a lot more awareness around that, especially with, um, red s and just having more awareness of the consequences of it because climbing is a strength to weight ratio sport but that doesn't mean that we need to under fuel to be able to excel at the sport it can be really hard when a climber is used to less than ideal eating patterns, and then they get pregnant and they're putting on weight more quickly than maybe one of their peers did and things like that.
