<p>Welcome to a brand new season of the Beat Burnout podcast (formerly Do Yourself No Harm). Join Dr Claire Ashley and guests this season as we talk everything to do with burnout. </p> <p>We&#39;re kicking off the new season focusing on how to return well to work after burnout. </p> <p>I am increasing asked about burnout on repeat, and I think that if you are habitually burning out, that should be signal to you to go back and do some really deep work on why you are not able to return to work and stay well. I think that it is really difficult to return to work well after burnout, and never more so when you are knackered, exhausted and in a position of vulnerability.
