[…] So what is something that you would, a tip that you would give to somebody who is on their journey? Preparing or after surgery? Both. Both. Preparing and after surgery. I have listeners from both sides. So to prepare for surgery, I really would recommend reaching out to a functional medicine doctor and having a gut health test done so they can make sure that they've got enough A, D, E, and K that they have more good bacteria than bad bacteria and that their inflammation is under control. If they do that, they will come out of surgery with a lot less fear and empowerment, knowing that they gave their body absolutely everything it needed to have the best possible outcome. […]
