And therefore, the model was understanding that the best and most effective way to recommend something to that user was to use the full knowledge, because there was more full knowledge than personal knowledge. So that helped us explain in a human way why what he was seeing was not exactly what he was expecting to see. But that highlights two elements of it. Being able to have the understanding of what's happening behind your recommendations, your models, that they are not completely black box. but also highlights the fact that not every recommendation will necessarily make human sense at first view, right?
