The French-Chilean songwriter and performer is ranked No. 5 on Rolling Stone's Top 50 Greatest Spanish-Language Rappers. Of Aymara descent, Tijoux was born in France to Chilean parents who were exiled during Augusto Pinochet's dictatorship.
