Most women aren't infertile. They're dealing with fertility issues. There's a difference. And when you stop over-identifying with a diagnosis that was never the whole picture, that's when things can start to change. Most "infertility" advice starts with one assumption: something is wrong with your body. Your eggs aren't good enough ... hormones are off ... you're too old ... nervous system dysregulated .... inflammation is too high. So you need a better diet, more supplements and another round of IVF. You keep overdoing and searching for the thing you haven't fixed yet, until one day you look at your life and can't even remember when you entered infertility hell. I'm Monica Cox. After eight years of fertility issues, miscarriage, failed IVFs and being told I couldn't improve my situation, I improved my egg quality, had an IVF baby and then got pregnant naturally at 36. What I discovered changed everything: Your body isn't the problem. The internal environment your body has been living in is. The cellular health of your whole body — not just your fertility bits. The patterns, subconscious beliefs & the identity that's been built around the struggle. That's the conversation nobody was having. And it's the conversation that can change how you move toward your ultimate goal: getting and staying pregnant. Finding Fertility is for the woman who's done everything right and is exhausted from wondering what she's still missing. We go deep on egg quality, unexplained infertility, IVF, holistic fertility, nervous system health and what no fertility panel can fully measure: the patterns running the show that seem normal because they feel like you. No miracle protocols, toxic positivity or pretending you can mindset your way into pregnancy. Just the honest, sometimes confrontational conversation your body has been waiting for you to have.
