His clothes were neatly folded and sitting next to the pool. Through fingerprinting, the medical examiner and police were able to identify this person as 27-year-old Daniel Dukes. Daniel was a homeless man who lived in Florida. He had entered SeaWorld the previous day and hid during closing. Once everyone had gone for the day, he snuck into Tillicom's area and decided he wanted to go swimming with him. Daniel is described as being basically a hippie.
