Cooper-Test, Sportabzeichen oder standardisierte Belastungstests liefern zwar Daten über Sportlichkeit — die eigentlichen Einsatzanforderungen vieler Verwendungen bilden sie jedoch oft nur begrenzt ab. Diese Episode beschäftigt sich deshalb mit einer anderen Frage: Wie entwickelt man Leistungsüberprüfungen, die tatsächliche Einsatzanforderungen abbilden? Tobi räumt mit verbreiteten Fehlannahmen auf und ordnet das Thema wissenschaftlich ein. Im Fokus stehen drei Fragen: Wie entstehen psychische Störungen aus Sicht moderner Neurobiologie? Welche Faktoren spielen bei Gewalt wirklich eine Rolle? Und was bedeutet das konkret für Selbstschutz und taktisches Verhalten?</p><p><br></p><p>Anhand relevanter Störungsbilder werden typische Dynamiken als wiederkehrende Muster von Stress, Wahrnehmung und Reaktion skizziert. Dabei wird deutlich, warum Diagnosen allein kaum Aussagekraft für reale Gefährdung haben und welche situativen Faktoren tatsächlich relevant sind.
