Luma Haptic Full Body, 432Hz, Pure Tone, ASMR Rain Guided Meditation
Duration: 20 min
A Multi-Sensory Journey Into Deep Rest
This is not ordinary meditation.
LUMA Haptic Full Body Meditation is a first of its kind experience that works on multiple layers simultaneously, guiding your body into a state of profound relaxation through the precise convergence of touch, sound, frequency, and voice.
Nothing like this exists anywhere else.
Until now, guided meditation has been a single channel experience. You listen. You try to relax. You hope your mind will quiet down. But the body holds tension that words alone cannot reach. The nervous system speaks a language older than thought.
LUMA was designed to speak that language.
Meet Luma
Luma is your guide through this experience.
Her name means light, the kind that gently reveals. And Ma, the ancient sound for Mother, for Earth, for the ground that has always held you.
She is not here to teach you anything new. She is here to help your body remember what it already knows.
Her voice is warm, unhurried, and intentionally paced to match the rhythm of restful breathing. She speaks not to your mind but to your nervous system. She asks nothing of you except to allow.
The Four Layers
Layer One: Haptic Vibration with Woojer Mat
What It Is
This experience is designed to be used with the Woojer Haptic Mat, a full body haptic device that delivers gentle, rhythmic vibrations directly into your body through the surface beneath you. These are not random vibrations. They are precisely calibrated frequencies designed to move through muscle, bone, and tissue.
Why It Matters
Your nervous system responds to physical sensation faster than it responds to thought. When the body feels safe, held, and rhythmically supported, it naturally shifts from sympathetic activation (fight or flight) into parasympathetic restoration (rest and digest).
The Woojer Mat bypasses the thinking mind entirely. It communicates directly with the body, telling it that it is safe to let go.
Benefits
Releases tension stored deep in muscles and connective tissue. Supports the nervous system in downregulating from stress. Creates a sensation of being held and supported. Helps the body drop into relaxation faster than breath work alone. Reaches places that traditional meditation cannot access.
Layer Two: Pure Tone at 432Hz
What It Is
Beneath the entire experience runs a continuous pure tone tuned to 432Hz. This frequency has been called the natural frequency because it aligns with mathematical patterns found throughout nature, from the spiral of shells to the structure of plants to the orbit of planets.
Why It Matters
Most modern music and sound is tuned to 440Hz, an industrial standard. But 432Hz resonates differently in the body. Many report feeling more grounded, more centered, and more at ease when listening to this frequency.
The tone in LUMA is steady and unchanging. There are no sudden shifts, no jarring transitions, no surprises. This consistency allows the nervous system to settle deeply because it knows what to expect. Safety lives in predictability.
Benefits
Creates a foundation of sonic stability beneath the entire experience. Resonates with the body at a cellular level. Promotes feelings of calm, balance, and wholeness. Reduces mental chatter by giving the brain a consistent anchor. Supports coherence between heart rate, breath, and brainwaves.
Layer Three: ASMR Soft Rain
What It Is
Layered gently throughout the experience is the sound of slow, soft rain. This is not dramatic storm sound or heavy downpour. It is the quiet, consistent patter of rain falling gently, the kind that makes you want to curl up and rest.
Why It Matters
ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response) triggers a deeply calming response in many people, often described as tingles, warmth, or a wave of relaxation moving through the body. Rain is one of the most universally soothing sounds because it signals safety. When rain falls softly, there is no predator. There is no threat. There is only shelter and rest.
The rain in LUMA is slow and spacious, matching the rhythm of restful breathing. It fills the silence without demanding attention, giving the mind something soft to rest upon.
Benefits
Triggers the ASMR relaxation response. Creates a sense of shelter, safety, and enclosure. Masks external distractions without adding mental load. Supports the feeling of being cocooned and protected. Slows brainwave activity naturally.
Layer Four: Luma's Guided Voice
What It Is
Luma guides you through the experience with slow, warm, intentional delivery. Every word has been chosen carefully. Every pause has been measured. The pacing follows the natural rhythm of restful breathing, slower than normal speech, softer than normal volume.
Why It Matters
Most guided meditations move too fast. They fill every moment with words. They ask you to visualize, to breathe in specific patterns, to do something.
Luma asks nothing of you.
Her voice is not here to instruct. It is here to accompany. To remind you that you are not alone. To gently direct attention through the body without demanding focus or effort.
Her tone is maternal, grounding, and unhurried. She speaks not to the mind but to the nervous system itself.
Benefits
Guides attention without creating mental effort. Supports the body scan process with gentle precision. Creates a sense of companionship and safety. Allows the mind to rest rather than work. Paces the experience to match natural relaxation rhythms.
The Combined Effect
When these four layers work together, something extraordinary happens.
The Woojer haptic vibration relaxes the body from the outside in.
The 432Hz tone creates coherence from the inside out.
The soft rain wraps you in a cocoon of safety.
Luma's voice guides you home to yourself.
Each layer reinforces the others. The vibration makes the tone easier to feel. The tone makes the rain more immersive. The rain makes Luma's voice more soothing. Her voice helps you receive the vibration more deeply.
This is not addition. This is multiplication.
The result is a state of relaxation that most people have never experienced, not because they are incapable of it, but because they have never been given the right conditions.
Overall Benefits
For the Body
Deep release of muscular tension and holding patterns. Activation of the parasympathetic nervous system. Improved circulation and reduced physical stress markers. Support for recovery from physical exhaustion or chronic tension. A felt sense of safety and groundedness in the body.
For the Mind
Reduction in racing thoughts and mental chatter. Easier access to meditative states without years of practice. A break from overstimulation and cognitive overload. Improved focus and clarity after the session. Relief from anxiety and worry loops.
For the Nervous System
Downregulation from chronic stress activation. Support for those with trauma, PTSD, or hypervigilance. Restoration of healthy stress response patterns. Improved sleep quality and ability to rest. A return to baseline that many have forgotten was possible.
For the Spirit
A sense of coming home to yourself. Connection to something larger and more peaceful. Permission to rest without guilt or productivity pressure. Remembrance that stillness is your natural state. Space for whatever needs to arise, release, or integrate.
Who This Is For
LUMA is for you if...
You have tried meditation before but your mind would not stop. You carry tension in your body that stretching and massage cannot release. You struggle to fall asleep or stay asleep. You feel constantly on edge, wired, or unable to relax. You have experienced trauma and your nervous system feels stuck in survival mode. You are exhausted but rest does not seem to help. You work in high stress environments and need effective recovery. You are a caregiver, parent, or anyone who gives more than they receive. You are curious about deeper states of consciousness but do not know how to access them. You simply want to feel peace in your body again.
LUMA is also for practitioners and professionals...
Therapists looking for somatic tools to support client healing. Yoga and meditation teachers wanting to offer deeper experiences. Wellness centers and spas seeking innovative relaxation modalities. Recovery and rehabilitation facilities supporting nervous system restoration. Corporate wellness programs addressing burnout and stress. Anyone who helps others heal and needs to restore themselves.
Why This Is Revolutionary
Guided meditation has remained essentially unchanged for decades.
Someone speaks. You listen. You try to follow along. You hope it works.
But the body does not relax because you tell it to. The nervous system does not calm down because you want it to. Tension does not release because you wish it away.
The body needs to feel safety to let go.
LUMA creates that feeling through multiple channels simultaneously. It does not ask you to relax. It creates the conditions where relaxation becomes inevitable.
This is the difference between trying to meditate and being meditated.
No other program combines Woojer haptic vibration, pure tone frequency, ASMR soundscape, and guided voice into a single integrated experience. Each element has existed separately. Meditation apps offer voice. Sound therapy offers tones. ASMR channels offer rain sounds. The Woojer Mat offers vibration.
But no one has woven them together with this level of intention, precision, and understanding of how the nervous system actually works.
LUMA is not an improvement on existing meditation.
It is an entirely new category.

The LUMA Philosophy
We believe relaxation is not something you achieve. It is something you allow.
We believe the body already knows how to rest, how to heal, how to return to balance. It simply needs the right conditions.
We believe that in a world of constant stimulation, noise, and demand, the deepest gift you can give yourself is permission to be still.
We believe that healing happens in layers and that reaching those layers requires more than words.
We believe you deserve to feel at peace in your own body.
LUMA was created to help you remember what that feels like.
Rest well. You deserve it.
